Data Deletion

Email hcr@thevrtx.space from the address your account is registered to, with the subject “Data deletion”. We will delete the company account, conversation history, connections and delivery logs within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Disconnecting WhatsApp in the “Notifications” screen stops sending and receiving immediately: the access token stops being used at once, without waiting for the rest of the data to be removed.

If you received a message from a company using Vertex and want your data deleted, email hcr@thevrtx.space with the phone number the message was sent to and the name of the company.

We process that data on the company’s behalf, so we will pass the request on to them and delete the data on our side within 30 days.

Account data, recipient contacts, conversations, WhatsApp and booking-system connections, and delivery logs. Only accounting records whose retention is required by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan are kept.
